How to change an organisation:

(Since organisations are made up of individual people and cultures are made up of individual beliefs.)

(1) Be an upperclassman/woman.
(2) Create a good culture.
(3) Invite the underclassmen/women into the culture.
(4) Make the underclasspeople assume that has been the culture forever.
(5) They will pass the culture on to the next generation after you are gone.
